Franck Chantayan
CEO, Founder
Franck Chantayan is a business transactional attorney who serves as a strategic advisor and outside general counsel to entrepreneurs and growing companies. He works closely with clients to structure their businesses, negotiate and draft key agreements, and build the systems needed to protect and scale.
He began his legal career in corporate law, working on transactions, restructuring matters, and representing buyers and sellers across New York and New Jersey. Through that experience, he developed a strong understanding of how businesses operate and recognized that many business owners need more than legal documents—they need practical, business-focused guidance.
Born in Paris, Franck brings an international perspective to his work and is fluent in English, French, Armenian, and Spanish. He values strong relationships and clear communication, focusing on understanding each client’s goals and helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.
He earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and holds a B.A. in Speech Communication from the University of Georgia.
